The Alvados Caves are open everyday including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays without interruption during the Summer months of July and August, closing only on Mondays during the Winter Timetable, from September to June, and offer various programmes such as a regular visit or group visit, special visit programmes in partnership with the "School Farm", which require previous booking and are limited to one day and a limited number of participants, such as the "Pedagogic Cave" visit and the "Sportive Cave" visit, both exclusive to schools also lasting for one day or still the "Speleologist Cave" visit and the "Donkey Cave" visit which are organized for schools as well as being extensive to families for a half day programme, either morning or afternoon. The prices range according to the various access types which range from a regular general public visit to special school visits or joint group visits, including special projects for tourist excursions or travel agencies…, without forgetting the support rendered by the various restaurants in the area which afford the visitors the possibility to discover the vast gastronomic heritage of this mountain region whose natural landscape is magnificent.
